As we study The Word of God, revelation of who GOD IS, is surfaced more and more, to those that embrace His Beauty and His very presence. The entire Word of God (The Bible) speaks of Jesus in His entirety as our Creator, Savior and Redeemer.

As we look into The beginning chapter of John, The Lord God Jesus Christ, make HIMSELF known as to who HE REALLY IS. THE TRUTH is revealed to those that take the time to “get to KNOW and LEARN of HIM”.

CHAPTER ONE

Verse 1: GOD IS “The Beginning”

Ref: Revelation 1:8 – I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the LORD, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.

Verse 2: GOD IS “The Word”

Ref: John 1:1 – In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

Verse 3: GOD IS “The Creator”

Ref: Genesis 1:1 – In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.

Verse 4: GOD IS “The Life”

Ref: John 6:35 – And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst.

Verse 5: GOD IS “The Victory”

Ref: I Chronicles 29:11 – Thine, O LORD is the greatness, and the power, and the glory, and the victory, and the majesty: for all that is in the heaven and in the earth is thine; thine is the kingdom, O LORD, and thou art exalted as head above all.

Verse 6: GOD IS “The Ruler”

Ref: Psalm 22:28 – For the kingdom is the LORD’S: and he is the governor among the nations.

Verse 7: GOD IS “The Faith”

Ref: Ephesians 4:5 – One LORD, one faith, one baptism,

Ref: John 5:24 – Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.

Ref: Romans 3:3 – For what if some did not believe? shall their unbelief make the faith of God without effect?

Verse 8: GOD IS “The Light”

Ref: John 8:12 – Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.

Verse 9: GOD IS “The Truth”

Ref: Romans 3:4 – God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That thou mightiest be justified in they sayings, and mightiest overcome when thou art judged.

Ref: John 14: 6 – Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
*No one can come to the Father, but by HIS HOLY WORD (Jesus) – The Word was made flesh and dwelt among us.

Verse 10: GOD IS “The Volume of the Book”

Ref: Hebrews 10:7 – Then said I, Lo, I come (in the volume of the book it is written of me,) to do they will, O God.

Verse 11: GOD IS “The Rejected”

Ref: Psalm 118:22 – The stone which the builders refused is become the head stone of the corner.

Ref: Matthew 21:42 – Jesus saith unto them, Did ye never read in the scriptures, The stone which the builders rejected, the same is become the head of the corner: this is the LORD’S doing, and it is marvellous in our eyes?

Verse 12: GOD IS “The Power”

Ref: John 10:17-18 – Therefore doth my Father love me, because I lay down my life, that I might take it again. No man taketh it from me, but I lay it down of myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This commandment have I received of my Father

Verse 13: GOD IS “The Spirit”

Ref: John 14:17 – Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.

Verse 14: GOD IS “The Glory”

Ref: Matthew 6:13 – And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.

Ref: Luke 21:27 – And then shall they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory.

Verse 15: GOD IS “The Great”

Ref: Psalm 95:3 – For the LORD is a great God, and a great King above all gods.

Ref: Psalm 96:4 – For the LORD is great, and greatly to be praised: he is to be feared above all gods.

Verse 16: GOD IS “The Grace”

Ref: II Corinthians 12:9 – And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.

Verse 17: GOD IS “The Savior”

Ref: Psalm 27:1 - The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?

Ref: Isaiah 43:11 – I, even I, am the LORD; and beside me there is no savior.

Verse 18: GOD IS “The Passion”

* Passion meaning Love

Ref: I John 4:8 – He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.

Verses 19-20: GOD IS “The Anointed”

*Christ meaning Anointed One

Ref: Acts 10:38 – How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.

Verses 21-23: GOD IS “The Lord”

Ref: Acts 9:5 – And he said, Who are thou, LORD? And he LORD said, I am Jesus whom thou persecutest: it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks.

Verses 24-25: GOD IS “The Messiah”

Ref: John 4:25-26 – the woman saith unto him, I know that Messias cometh, which is called Christ: when he come, he will tell us all things. Jesus saith unto her, I that speak unto thee am he.

Verses 26-28: GOD IS “The Omnipotent”

Ref: Revelation 19:6 – And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying, Alleluia: for the LORD GOD omnipotent reigneth.

Verses 29-31: GOD IS “The Sacrifice, The Lamb”

Ref: Revelation 5:11-14 – And I beheld, and I heard the voice of many angels round about the throne and the beasts and the elders: and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands; Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing. Verses 32-33: GOD IS “The Holy Ghost”

Ref: John 5:43 – I am come in my Father’s Name, and ye receive me not: if another shall come in his own name, him ye will receive.

Ref: John 14:26 – But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

Verse 34: GOD IS “The Son/The Word”

Ref: John 10:30 – I and my Father are one.

Ref: Isaiah 9:6 – For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The Mighty God, The Everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.

Verses 35-36: GOD IS “The Redeemer”

Ref: Psalm 78:35 – And they remembered that God was their rock, and the high God their redeemer.

Verses 37-39: GOD IS “The Master/Rabbi”

Ref: John 13:13 – Ye call me Master and Lord: and ye say well; for so I am.

Verses 40-41: GOD IS “The Christ”

Ref: John 14:9-11 – Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Show us the Father? Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works. Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works' sake.

Verse 42: GOD IS “The Omniscience/All Knowing”

Ref: Job 23:10 – But he knoweth the way that I take: when he hath tried me, I shall come forth as gold.

Ref: Isaiah 37:28 – But I know thy abode, and thy going out, and thy coming in, and they rage against me.

Verses 43-46: GOD IS “The Nazarene”

Ref: Matthew 2:23 – And he came and dwelt in a city called Nazareth: that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophets, He shall be called a Nazarene.

Verses 47-48: GOD IS “El Roi – The God who sees”

Ref: Proverbs 15:3 – The eyes of the LORD are in every place, beholding the evil and the good.

Verse 49: GOD IS “The King”

Ref: Revelation 19:16 – And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.

Verse 50-51 “GOD IS“
